There is no contact form. If you email [email protected] or call 438-528-9818, I use that information only to reply and to discuss a possible engagement.

CPQ

The CPQ has no accounts. On your first visit, it sets one cookie, cpq_visitor_id, holding a random ID. It is only used to keep your own sandbox separate from other visitors' and is not used for tracking. It expires after one year.

Nothing is stored until you change a setting or save a quote. From then on, the CPQ stores your pricing settings and quotes, including the customer name and notes you enter. A sandbox inactive for 30 days is deleted automatically.

Customer names are prefilled with examples. Please do not enter real personal or confidential information.

Error monitoring

Both sites use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to detect errors and performance issues. When something goes wrong, Sentry receives technical details such as the page URL, browser and operating system, and the error itself. It is configured not to collect user identifiers, and headers carrying IP addresses are filtered out.

On ltrinchini.dev, Sentry may also record a replay of a small share of sessions, and of sessions where an error occurs. Replays capture page structure and interactions such as clicks and navigation, with all text, form inputs and media masked.

Sentry stores this data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. It is kept for a limited period, then deleted automatically. I rely on a legitimate interest in keeping both sites secure and working.

Hosting

Both sites run on a self-hosted machine behind Cloudflare. Cloudflare and the server may process IP addresses in standard logs, for operations and security only.

Your rights

You can ask me to access or delete data about you. For the CPQ, deleting the cpq_visitor_id cookie detaches you from your sandbox, which is then deleted after 30 days.
